Cancellation Policy
In Oklahoma, dumping hazardous materials illegally can lead to severe penalties, including hefty fines and even imprisonment. Unlawful hazardous waste transportation can result in a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. Unlawful waste management involving hazardous waste is also a felony, with potential penalties of up to five years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $50,000. If found, the client will be held responsible for all costs associated with the criminal offense. Some of the items include but not limited to: Batteries, lacquers, oils, asbestos, infectious waste, contaminated soils and absorbents, inks and resins, industrial drums, contaminated water heaters and water tanks, food waste, fuels, adhesives, refrigerants, aerosols, and other radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, toxic, special or hazardous materials and substances considered “Prohibited Materials”
